FORMING, CASTING,
MODELLING,  GLUING AND FILLING
(FORMING MATERIALS)

Two Component Silicone Specially suited for making complex forms, even with major undercuts. Due to very low viscosity air locks are hardly possible. The form can be filled with all popular casting compounds. The mixing ratio of 1:1 allows an easy mixing of the compound. Depending on the size the silicone form has hardened and can be filled within 30 - 60 min. Shore-Hardness : 17  Therfore also suited for a larger number of linings. The 2 kg-unit is thought for bigger mouldings and thus a slightly harder. Silicone Forming Compound
low-priced forming compound which is handled similar to plasticine. Through adding the hardening paste,
which is worked into the forming material, the silicone compound quickly hardens and can then be filled
with the casting material (resin, plaster).
The reverse mould results from impressing the original. No outer form required !!
Shore-Hardness : 72, Hardening-time - depending on the addition of hardener - up to 5 min., hardener must be ordered separately !

Latex Forming Material Forming compound which is applied to the casting item in several layers with a brush.  The item can also just be immersed in the Latex forming material.  After a 24-hour drying time which can be shortened by heat addition, the form is ready for filling. Silicone Caoutchouc, heat resistant For making tin- or lead moulds, with directions for use and 10 ml cross linking agent . Heat resistant up to 4500 C.
