GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS; PAYMENT AND DELIVERY TERMS

OFFERS:
without engagement, i.e. changes in form and color as well as availability may occur. But, as a rule, this is up to my suppliers. Mistakes on my part also can not be excluded.

PRICES:
incl. VAT (in Germany at present 19 %) No VAT is charged for customers from countries outside the European Union.

BeNeLux  and  Austria 11,90 €
all other EU countries 20,00 €
all other countries and Switzerland 35,00 €

without incurance until 2 kg:
all other  countries and Switzerland 17,00 €, please ask if possible!

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY:
None, you decide for yourself if your order is worth the expenses

DELIVERY:
as soon as possible, usually approx. 1 week. If articles are out of stock delivery may occasionally take 2-3 weeks. In exceptional cases delivery may take even longer, especially regarding articles imported from e.g. the USA. Delivery is effected exclusively by insured parcel.

PAYMENT:
in advance. You can pay with bank transfer (IBAN and BIC Code for inside the European Union), or with PayPal (so also with Credit Card). Handling cost for PayPal is lump sum  3,00.

GUARANTEE:
As legally required in Germany.
Replacement for suppliers parts will only be delivered within the suppliers guarantee. Repair of parts does not prolong the guarantee.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

According to §§312b, 355, 357 BGB the buyer may withdraw from the sales contract within two weeks by written declaration without establishment or by sending back the goods to Rolf-Dieter Koenig, Odenwaldstr. 10, D-69239 Neckarsteinach. To observe the terms the timely sending is sufficient. The withdrawal term starts with the receipt of this declaration. On Orders with a value of up to € 40,00 the return expenses are paid by the customer.
The legal regulations of the German BGB are applied. Only German law is valid.
With the publication of this catalogue all former catalogues, lists or quotes become invalid.


Price alterations, changes regarding availability and news letters unfortunately can not be delivered to each customer individually.
They will, however, be enclosed if an order is placed.
