Etch Grip with temperature control unit ZEP-71
is a revolutionary new system for permanently gluing etched parts onto plastics, resin or metal. Surely, you too, have already been annoyed with etched parts constantly breaking off and being glued back again with superglue. Here is the solution! This new technique, developed in co-operation with SmallShop EU, is based on the control unit of the ZEP 71 (TCM Temperature Control Modelling) and the heated pencil with holder for the etched parts. The etched part is clamped in and heated, the heated part is then run over special gluing pads until a small amount thereof adheres to the part. It can now be permanently glued to the surface, separation only being possible by reheating the etched part. Thus you may also subsequently realign the part at the model without breaking it off.
With this new technique you may now also permanently glue etched parts to one another.
